Commercial comics are on an extreme case-by-case basis, and I don't offer them to everyone.

I may have changing availability and workload amount depending on the month. I'm currently working on personal projects, so my commissions may close after a certain amount of time.I want to work with people who enjoy my art and will enjoy working with me. I want to be sure that I will be a good fit for the commission so it has the best success.I want to make high-quality art that my clients enjoy. I will not be the best fit if you are looking for someone to meet a quick deadline.

Below is a list of my basic terms. For more detail, please feel free to message me!
The client acknowledges the rules stated below and will follow them once pursuing a commission.
The client must give credit to all work done by Squidcolas and label it properly.
The client understands there are no refunds for the commission once paid for and after receiving the sketch.
The client agrees to the quoted price for the commission and will not attempt to change the commission details, change the price, or avoid paying.
The client will not use the commissioned work to break any laws.
The client will not use the work in any AI or NFT-related business.
The client will give accurate information about deadlines, usage, and vision before and during the commission.
It is the client's responsibility to update Squidcolas on any changed project details relevant to the commission.
If the client does not reply to Squidcolas for 5 weeks, the commission will be considered abandoned and a refund will not be given.
All work, even commercial, is still partially owned by Squidcolas and can be used in a public portfolio.
Any severe changes or modifications in the commission details may lead to an increase in price or cancelation.
Any attempt to use the commissioned work in a way that was not agreed upon may result in later fees or the revoking of any commercial rights.
Any attempt to circumvent these rules may lead to immediate cancelation or extra fees.
